Center Director
Renee is a veteran of over 25 years in the field of Early Childhood. She has been with Bay Country since 2018 as Educational Director. She brings her experience as a PreK and Kindergarten teacher into her daily work to ensure parents and teachers have great administrative support Renee is a 5 star educational leader who always makes decisions with the best interests of the children in mind!
Executive Director
A strategic facilitative, analytical and emotionally intelligent. Able to explain ideas and complex problems and solutions in clear, concise and engaging ways to motivate individuals and teams toward positive results. Ben always aims to build trusting relationships and provide for opportunities where credible and useful partnerships can thrive.
Assistant Director
Kelly has been in childcare for many years and after leading a PreK class successfully at a Maryland Goddard, she joined Bay Country in October of 2022. She is a dynamic early childhood educator who is as exceptional in her support of the operations of the center as she is in bringing joy to children and teachers in the classrooms.
Bay Country Learning Center is a family and locally owned learning facility that has been in business for 30 years. We were named Best of 2018 in Annapolis for Child Day Care Services.
