Renee is a veteran of over 25 years in the field of Early Childhood. She has been with Bay Country since 2018 as Educational Director. She brings her experience as a PreK and Kindergarten teacher into her daily work to ensure parents and teachers have great administrative support Renee is a 5 star educational leader who always makes decisions with the best interests of the children in mind!

Able to explain ideas and complex problems and solutions in clear, concise and engaging ways to motivate individuals and teams toward positive results. Ben always aims to build trusting relationships and provide for opportunities where credible and useful partnerships can thrive.
